Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an ACR and VPAT?

An Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is the comprehensive report that details a product's accessibility conformance, while a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is the standardised template used to create an ACR. In other words, the VPAT is the format, and the ACR is the content that fills that format.

Is it safe for government procurement?

Yes. Every VPAT we produce is reviewed by an experienced accessibility professional and uses procurement-safe language. Our documents are designed to meet the expectations of government and enterprise buyers.

Can you update an existing VPAT?

Yes. If you already have a VPAT that needs updating, we can revise and strengthen it. See our VPAT Improvement service for details.
